Modern Railroad Steam Train View Yesterday
 Classic Steam Trains of the South by Tillotson, Curt, Jr., Marvelous photographs from 1930 to 1950 illustrate the premier railroads of southeastern United States during the last decades of steam power. Images of such railways as the Southern; Seaboard; Atlantic Coast Line; Louisville & Nashville; Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac; and more are accompanied by extensive captions identifying the scenes depicted and providing technical information about the equipment featured. A series of maps round out a nostalgic package that recalls an era not so far removed from modern railroading.
